The Cabinet has given the green light for a review of the terms and conditions of service for CEO’s, board members, staff of State Corporations and university leadership. This now sets the stage for the salaries and remuneration commission and state Corporations Advisory Committee to review the salary bands and terms of service. Additionally, the cabinet was adamant it was unsustainable to continue paying intern doctors 206,000 shillings setting the cap at 70,000 shillings. Abdiaziz Hashim with the details.
