The Ministry of Energy has been directed to comprehensively deal with the challenge of power outages witnessed in the country. In a cabinet meeting held at State House Nairobi, President William Ruto, said frequent power outages were hurting Kenya’s investment profile. As Abdiaziz Hashim now reports the cabinet has resolved to deal with the overload of transmission lines that is attributed to power outages. The Bomet-Narok line will be built with KSh66 billion from the African Development Bank.
