Over 200,000 learners are yet to report to Junior Secondary School three two weeks after the commencement of the first term. Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu says the government will work to ensure adherence to the 100 percent transition policy, calling on parents to take their children to school. Machogu says a multi-agency taskforce has been established to conduct a mop-up to ensure all the learners report to school.
