The Church and Clergy Association of Kenya has called for implementation of proper regulations of churches in Kenya to weed out cults that pose as churches but sacrifice biblical tenets at the altar of selfish interests. Speaking in Nairobi, the association's national chairperson bishop Hudson Ndeda condemned the Shakaholla deaths and urged for proper structures to be put in place to restore order in churches and speedy investigations by the government to bring culprits to justice.
