The Africa nations championship tournament that has captured football fans in the country will deal a blow to motorists plying Lang’ata road, Mombasa road and Thika super highway following a notice by police to close some of the key roads leading to Nyayo national stadium and Kasarani stadium during the matches. Police say the planned closure of roads ahead of Sunday’s games is part of an elaborate security plan to secure the tournament expected to be watched by thousands of football fans.
