Naibu rais William Ruto leo asubuhi katika kikao na mabolozi wa mataifa ya ulaya alidai kuwa takriban watu milioni moja wametolewa kwenye sajili. Hata hivyo, Chebukati amesema kuwa sajili hiyo inakaguliwa na shirika la ukaguzi la KPMG na itakuwa tayari tarehe tisa mwezi huu.
