Chepsaita cross country launch draws 10,000 athletes in December

The 3rd edition of the great Chepsaita cross country run 2025 has officially been launched today at Chepkemel Dispensary grounds in Turbo, Uasin Gishu County. Patron Farouk Kibet presided over the ceremony, marking the countdown to the prestigious race set for Saturday, 6th December 2025. The event, recognized as a gold level race on the world cross country tour by world athletics, is expected to attract over 10,000 participants from more than 20 countries across 12 race categories.
