t has now emerged that the suspended communication authority director general Ezra Chiloba is allegedly at the centre of a 662 million Kenya shillings staff mortgage scheme scandal which at some point auditors tracked 25 million shillings which he approved for himself to buy a house but was remitted to his company, Kitale Hillmost limited. a report has also revealed how Chiloba purchased a house and seven acres of land which is beyond the limit of one acre provided by the civil servants housing scheme. A discrepancy of more than 20% in property valuation was also noted in the 2-year period Chiloba has served the authority under the Ministry of Information, communication, and Technology.
