Civil society condemns toxic rhetoric by political leaders in Kenya

Twenty human rights and constitutional advocacy groups have condemned the rising incidence of insults, intolerance, and personal attacks among political leaders, saying the conduct has eroded the dignity of leadership in the country. They argue that instead of setting a good example, leaders are now irritating and embarrassing Kenyans through constant use of abusive language.
