The Civil Society Reference Group has urged the government to provide a conducive environment to ensure a full and Proper Implementation of the Constitution of Kenya 2010. The group noted that fifteen years later, Devolution should be fully entrenched, guarantee a conducive environment and civic space and that there should be no extrajudicial killings and enforced disappearances.
