Chief Justice Martha Koome has firmly declared she will not resign. The statement comes hot on the heels of a petition filed by former Law Society of Kenya President Nelson Havi, seeking her removal from office along with the six Supreme Court judges. Here is our reporter Abdiaziz Hashim with more on the new legal battle front facing the Supreme Court judges.
