A section of the clergy is calling on parents to play a more pro-active role in offering guidance to their children. The clergy has faulted the influx of social media on the moral fabric, urging parents to ensure they guide their children on what to consume. . According to Bishop Dr Kipkoech Kibet, the administration police chaplain, some parents are absent from their children’s lives, leaving them at the mercy of social media and society. Parents have also been urged to be good role models to their children.
