They express disappoint that global North was not committed to ending fossil fuels. Jose Aaron Jr Pedrosa from the Philippines says this is the abandonment of the commitment made by rich nations. This means expansion to fossil gas and other dirty fuels energy. He says there should be a rapid and equitable just transition now.
