Uriri Member of Parliament Mark Nyamita has raised concern over ongoing skirmishes between Migori and Narok counties in Gwitembe, Kuria East, calling on the government to intervene. The legislator says many lives have already been lost and property damaged in the conflicts, urging Interior CS Kipchumba Murkomen to look into the matter. Two communities at the border have for years fought over a parcel of land at the border.
