Abdikadir Hussein Mohamed was the man Kenyans trusted as they put in place a new constitution. As the Parliamentary Select Committee on Constitutional Review chairman he was often a voice of reason during the raging debates. It is 13 years to the day the Constitution of Kenya 2010 was promulgated, we take stock, look at the hits and misses and the long journey to fully implement it with Constitutional Lawyer Abdikadir Hussein Mohamed who joins us in studio now.
