Construction of Arror, Kimwarer and Itare dams to continue

The stalled construction of Arror and Kimwarer dams in Elgeiyo Marakwet and Itare in Nakuru County is set to resume after Kenya and italy entered into an agreement to resolve the standoff over the projects. President William Ruto made the announcement during a joint address with Italian president Sergio Mattarella where he too acknowledged the need to settle the dispute which had tainted kunya’s image among budding Italian investors
