The prosecution was by 10 am Thursday yet to avail to the defense court proceedings of the 25th March 2022 in a case where the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation Acting Editor In Chief Millicent Awour has been summoned for alleged contempt of court. The legal team representing the acting E.I.C had requested to be availed with copies of the proceedings which is the subject of the said alleged contempt.
