Drivers who ferried election material for IEBC in Kilgoris, Narok County, today protested outside IEBC offices for a second day, demanding payment for services rendered on the 9th of august this year. According to their leaders, drivers transporting material to zone A,B and C were to be paid 15,000, 35,000 and 45,000 respectively.it is reported that about 50 contracted drivers received much less than the agreed payment through bank deposits from the officials. IEBC officials are yet to respond to the claims.
