The Shanzu law courts on Tuesday released two men suspected to be operating a drugs syndicate in Kilifi county. Mughanga Ruwange, and Dennis Shere were released on a bond of 200,000 thousand shillings each with surety of a similar amount or a cash bail of 100,000 each. The suspects were arrested last week linked to a bhang haul worth 9.4 million shillings in an abandoned Prado involved in an accident in Kilifi County. The Prosecution had filed an application to detain the duo on the basis that they would interfere with investigations and that they were also at flight risk.
