Court temporarily halts auction of Raphael Tuju’s Karen property

The high court in Nairobi has today offered temporary relief to former CS Raphael Tuju, after freezing any transfer or auctioning of a disputed property in Karen linked to Dari Limited. Justice Moses Ado declined to issue any far-reaching orders but barred any dealings on the titles of the disputed property pending the hearing and determination of the application.
