Water Cabinet Secretary Alice Wahome has signed a memorandum of understanding with The Center for Innovative Governance Research a nonprofit organisation dedicated to empowering new cities with better governance . The signing of the MOU kicks off the implementation of sustainable urbanisation programs in selected secondary cities and small towns in Kenya.speaking during the event the CS said the objective of the MOU is to establish formal co-operation and partnership between the Parties for the implementation of Urban Spatial Plans and Governance Reforms in accordance with their respective legal mandates.
