The Director of Criminal Investigations George Kinoti has written to the Director of Public Prosecutions Noordin Haji in regards to a ruling by the Court of Appeal in drafting and signing of charge sheets. Kinoti wants the ODPP to allow investigating officers to continue drafting charge sheets as per the ruling until the case is determined in October 2022.
