Ugunja Constituency Development Fund will spend an estimated five million shillings to construct a digital hub in the area. The area CDF chairman, Benard Omollo Were, says his committee is committed to implementing the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Digital Economy, directing all wards, countrywide, to set up digital hubs. The Ugunja CDF board has at the same time disbursed 13 million shillings that will benefit 1,742 students in secondary schools.
