Tob Cohen’s family has threatened to go to court to challenge the decision by the director of public prosecution Noordin Haji to withdraw the murder charge against Sarah Wairimu for lack of evidence. Sarah Wairimu is the main suspect in the murder case of dutch billionaire Tob Cohen who was killed in 2019. The DPP has also withdrawn murder charges against Public Service and Gender Cabinet Secretary Aisha Jumwa. Jumwa was charged with the murder of ODM supporter Jola Ngumbao in 2019 alongside her bodyguard Geoffrey Otieno Okuto who will now carry the cross as Jumwa turns into a state witness in the case.
