Felix Orinda, popularly known as DJ Evolve, who was allegedly shot by Embakasi East Member Of Parliament Babu Owino at a Nairobi club in the year 2020, has told the court that he did not see the legislator with a firearm on the said day. Dj Evolve said he does not recall the legislator shooting at him as he only regained consciousness while he was being rushed to the hospital. DJ Evolve testified today as a defense witness in a case of misuse of a firearm against the MP.
