Donkeys at risk of becoming extinct

Livestock owners across the country have sounded the alarm over the death of their animals brought about by climate change. in Marsabit county so far, 8,000 donkeys have succumbed to drought, and recently 78 donkeys were further swept away by flash floods during the rains that were experienced recently in the country. Animal welfare lobby groups now say that the animal is in danger of extinction if appropriate measures are not taken.
