DP Gachagua's full speech on upcoming El Nino

There have been projections that the country will likely experience heavy rains from this month to January 2024. Out of 47 counties, 23 have been earmarked as vulnerable to the heavy rains and the state has set aside Ksh.8 billion as a response package.
