The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions ODPP has granted approval for the arrest and prosecution of Bomet Governor Hillary Barchok, former Bungoma Governor Wycliffe Wangamati, and Webuye West MP Dan Wanyama over allegations of corruption and embezzlement of public funds. The ODPP's directive follows recommendations made last week by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission EACC.
