DPP lines up 35 witnesses in Jeff Mwathi's case

The Director of Public Prosecutions has lined up 35 witnesses to testify in the inquest into the death of college student Jeff Mwathi which has been set for 10th August 2023. Senior Principal Magistrate Zainab Abdul ruled that the matter is of great public interest and that the prosecution needs to be given time to summon the witnesses and record statements.
