Dr. Vitoria Mutiso’s widower, Prof. David Ndetei, defends his written testimony

Professor David Ndetei has affirmed before the Milimani High Court that he personally authored and signed the affidavit opposing bail for his Ex-wife, Rose Mbithe, her two children and four others who are charged with the murder of renowned psychiatrist Dr. Victoria Mutiso. Testifying before Justice Alexander Muteti, the 77-year-old professor maintained that the contents of the written affidavit were indeed true. He also told the court that he had faced numerous threats from his ex-wife and their two children stemming from a bitter land dispute located in Machakos County and a troubled marital history with Rose Mbithe.
