The government has tonight confirmed that it is behind the ongoing investigations at the Nairobi Hospital. Speaking in Mombasa County on Monday, Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale revealed that the government directed a probe into allegations of bad governance, tax evasion, corruption, and other challenges, crippling the medical facility. The CS refuted claims of meddling in the internal affairs of the medical facility, stating that the government’s intervention was sought by senior doctors at the Nairobi Hospital.
