EACC recommends charges in KNH KSh443M tender scandal

Leadership changes have swept through the Kenyatta National Hospital management amid recommendations by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission to charge 11 suspects from the Ministry of Health and KNH officials over the alleged 443-million-shilling Oxygen Plant Construction Tender. The alleged offenses involving the public servants and directors of Biomax Africa Limited include abuse of office and willful failure to comply with procurement laws, among others.
