The situation remains dire in Turkey after a 7.8 magnitude earthquake hit the South East of the country and Syria killing over five thousand people. Rescue efforts are being hampered by bad weather with the World Health Organization warning that the death toll could go up. Kenya in the meantime will donate tea, coffee, an assortment of foodstuff, and medical supply to Turkey even as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that no Kenyan has been reported to have been affected by the deadly earthquake.
