Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu has maintained that no test papers were leaked during the 2022 national examinations. He has however cleared the air surrounding the eligibility of grades in Nyambaria High School in Nyamira County, finally revealing the top-performing schools. Machogu has also announced a government plan to spend 3 billion shillings on the distribution of grade 7 textbooks across the country. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Education has assessed and verified more than 20,000 primary schools to host grade 7 learners.
