The Ministry of Education has forwarded the School Data Verification Report to the Teachers Service Commission and the Directorate of Criminal Investigations for action against school heads and education officials implicated in enrolment discrepancies. 14 Heads of Institution have been cited for failing or refusing to submit learners' data for verification, while twenty others are accused of submitting inflated enrolment figures.
