Edwin Sifuna removed as ODM Secretary-General

Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna has officially ceased to be the ODM Party Secretary-General after the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties effected changes to the party's leadership and membership. The Registrar said the changes followed a review of documents submitted by ODM and found them to be in line with the party's constitution. Sifuna's removal comes amid growing speculation over his political future, including reports linking him to the Linda Mwananchi Movement.
