Teachers in Embu county have vowed to join their counterparts across the country in the planned countrywide teachers strike that is expected to commence on Monday 26th of this month. Embu branch Kenya Union of Post Primary Education Teachers and Kenya National Union of Teachers executive secretaries Josphat Kathumi and Rogers Murimi say they will down tools until all their grievances with regard to implementation of the second phase of 2021/2025 Collective Bargaining Agreement are addressed.
