The government has challenged employers across Africa to give young people a bigger role in driving business transformation.Deputy President Kithure Kindiki said youth hold the key to making enterprises more responsive to 21st-century challenges, urging employers to embrace flexibility and inclusivity at the workplace. Speaking at the Africa Employers Summit in Nairobi, Kindiki emphasised the need to integrate women and persons with disabilities in shaping the future of work, while calling for stronger public-private partnerships to tackle unemployment and other social challenges.
