Ending decades of agony due to water shortages

As El Nino rains continue pounding in many parts of the country, non-government actors are leading the charge to end the ghost of water scarcity that still haunts many regions of the country. At Shikusa prison in Shinyalu in Kakamega county, just like most prisons across the country, availability of water was a major challenge, but now a major intervention will change things for the better.
