A section of clerics In Kiambu County is urging the nation to remain calm and cohesive, even as political temperatures begin to rise.
Speaking during a prayer gathering in Witeithie village, the clerics warned against inflammatory rhetoric and political antagonism, noting that such tensions could easily undo the social and economic gains the country has made. They’re now calling on political leaders from all sides to put the nation first to choose dialogue over division, and to steer clear of rhetoric that could incite unrest.
