FGM reconstructive surgery : Over 60 women undergo procedures in Nairobi

Over sixty women who are victims of female genital mutilation will undergo reconstructive surgery in Nairobi courtesy of a team of doctors under the MARCI Foundation. The procedure will be part of this year’s medical camp for FGM survivors who not only grapple with health complications but also low self-esteem after the cut.
