Firefighter killed as wildfires destroy homes in Australia

A firefighter has died while battling fierce wildfires that have destroyed dozens of homes across New South Wales and Tasmania. Authorities say the 59-year-old was struck by a falling tree on Sunday night while fighting a major blaze near Bulahdelah, where more than 3,500 hectares of woodland and several homes have already been lost.
