The Federation of Kenyan Employers (FKE) has raised concerns over the growing mismatch between job creation and labour market demand. According to recent data, out of the 800,000 to 1.2 million new job seekers entering the market annually, only about 75,500 secure formal employment. FKE warns that without urgent action, Kenya risks educating its youth for a lifetime of unemployment.
