A former Parliamentary aspirant for Lang'ata constituency in 2022 general elections has been charged for defrauding an investor of 37.5 million shillings in a gold transaction scam. The accused Nahashon Otieno Angudha was arraigned before Milimani Senior Principal Magistrate Gilbert Shikwe where he denied two counts of obtaining money by false pretense.
