    As South Africa hosts a key G20 finance summit, the U.S. Treasury Secretary will be absent from the meeting. And it’s the second time this year that the Americans are absent to a gathering of the bloc that brings together 19 of the world’s biggest economies as well as the European Union and the African Union.
