Gavana amemtaka waziri wa Elimu na maafisa wengine Katika serikali yake kupeleka hundi za karo katika vyuo vikuu,na taasisi mbali mbali za elimu ili kubaini kama kweli waliopokezwa ufadhili huo ni wanafunzi halisi wa vyuo na taasisi husika. Katika muongozo huo mpya kila mwanafunzi atafaidika na takribani shilingi elfu 15. Alisema hayo alipotangaza ufadhili wa shilingi milioni 134 kwa wanafunzi kutoka familia zisizojiweza.
