Youth and women are still underrepresented in employment in the government and state corporations. The national gender and equality commission has released reports that show the progress made in the process of mainstreaming gender in the workplace. The report also shows that agencies in the public sector are meeting their gender inclusion requirements with many of them scoring over 87%.
