Gikambura–Kikuyu road blocked by protestors after the death of a child

Transport along the Eldoret–Malaba highway was severely disrupted as boda boda riders and local residents staged demonstrations following the alleged assault of a rider by county enforcement officers yesterday evening in Eldoret town. In Kiambu County, residents of Lussigeti Town of Kikuyu area blocked Gikambura - Kikuyu road after a school-going child lost his life and another one was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle along Thogoto Mutarakwa road.
