President William Ruto has tonight issued a one-week ultimatum to 34 heads of governmental agencies to migrate to the e-citizen platform or face the sack. While marking the first anniversary of the re-launched e-citizen platform, the president accused stage agencies that include Kenya Power, Independent Policing Oversight Authority and energy sector regulator EPRA, of intentionally undermining transparency in public service delivery by engaging in back-door dealings.
