Government to compensate farmers whose crop were destroyed by rains

The government is considering compensating farmers whose crop were destroyed by rains. The raging floods caused destruction to 60,000 acres of crops across the country leaving 10,000 farmers counting losses. Making the announcement Agriculture Principal Secretary Paul Rono said the government is collecting the data on the affected farmers with a view to assiting them to
